“After 36 hours I went back to revisit. I was amazed at how beautifully it was showing. Huge cherry nose still showing with a rich powdery blast of mocha. Then a mixed bouquet of Violets, lavender and purple Bearded Iris. A touch of Cola and white pepper round out the aroma. Still fresh and alive on the palate.
