and shipped to Napa Valley as green beans that Marin roasts fresh for our customers and winery guests.
Due to popular demand, we have made Marin's Choice Kona Coffee available for purchase. We'll roast your kona coffee fresh to order and ship
it out while the bag is still warm from the roaster. Enjoy!

Decaffeinated KONA COFFEE
When you're trying to cut down on caffeine, Swiss Water Decaffeinated coffee is the way to go. The three most common ways to
remove caffeine are through use of;
- Methylene Chloride
Usine Methylene Chloride to remove caffeine is classified as chemical decaffeination.
- Ethyl Acetate
In America, ethyl acetate is considered natural because it's found in the skin of some fruits in trace amounts.
However, other countries (including Canada) classify it as chemical decaffeinating.
- The Swiss water method.
The Swiss Water Process uses water to remove caffeine from green coffee beans, and is the only method of decaffeination that is completely
chemical-free.
If you prefer coffee with as few chemicals as possible, you'll like knowing our Kona is decaffeinated using the Swiss Water Method.
